*Gift certificates are only valid for one year from the date of purchase. No refund or exchange for cash. Lost certificates cannot be replaced by the salon. Gift certificates and Rewards points can only be redeemed for the services listed. Gift certificates and Rewards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Tips. Eva Nails & Spa has the right to modify or cancel the points system at any time.

*We have the right to refuse or stop service for anyone who is rude or comes in with a bad attitude.
*Health issues or diabetes must be communicated before service. *Please take care of all your jewelry and personal belongings and always carry them with you. We are not responsible for any loss, stolen, or damaged personal items.

*Please arrange for childcare before your visit. We are not responsible for your child's in-store injuries.
*If you choose a polish color but do not like it or change your mind during the application, you must tell the nail technician immediately, or you will be charged for re-polishing.
*Regular Polish: We do NOT guarantee the longevity of any regular Polish product once the service has been completed. Any fixes will incur an additional charge.
*Repair for Gel Polish, Dip Powder, Acrylic, Tap, and Harder Gel: if you have any problems with your nails from 2-3 days or less than 7 days and the issue(s) was caused by us we will fix it for free. After 7 days, we will charge you for fixing it. All the repairs must be completed within 48 hours of contracting with us. If the issue(s) was not caused by us, the fix will incur additional charges.
*If you do not call us and let us know that there was an issue(s) with your nails within 7 days and you come back over 7 days later, we will not fix it for free and there will be a charge.
*If there are any other issues regarding your nails for more than 7 days, we will not give you a whole new set/refill free of charge. We will accommodate you with a discount on another nail service.
*If you get your service(s) done, pay, leave the salon without communicating any issue(s), and come back requesting a refund because you are unhappy with your service(s). We will not provide refunds on services. However, we will try our best to address your issue(s).
*We accept Amex, Visa, Master, Discover, Debit Card Apple Pay, and Cash.
*We don't accept pre-paid gift cards or Checks.
*Alcoholic beverages (Free) for customers must be over 21 years old. A photo ID is required. Limit to two per customer.
